In keeping with its on-going commitment to ethics and inclusion, and in line with recent approval from the Geological Society of America (GSA), the International Society for Biocuration (ISB) have approved a recommendation by the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion sub-committee to prohibit alcohol being served in the oral and poster session areas at all ISB meetings and events.
